Terry Morrison
Vice President of
Infrastructure
Terry is the Vice President of
Infrastructure for Perimeter Technology Center. He previously served as the Director of Broadcast and Network Engineering for iBEAM Broadcasting, and also was the Director of Technology for webcasts.com. Prior to his tenure with webcasts.com, Terry was Vice President of Technology for The Rock Island Group.
Terry has been responsible for the design, implementation and operations of streaming and telecommunications network infrastructure over the last seven years. Terry also spent nine years with Hitachi Computer Products in their engineering department.
Terry graduated from Southern Nazarene University with his Bachelor of Science degree in Network Management. Terry and his family are active members of Henderson Hills Baptist Church in Edmond.
Heath Rutz
Business Development
Heath has served as Vice President of Sales for Anodyne Technologies, which merged with Perimeter, since 2002. Previously, Heath served as a Territory Executive for the SW Region focusing on Streaming & IP Services for iBEAM Broadcasting, and was a Senior Account Executive for webcasts.com. Previous to webcasts.com, Heath worked as the Sales Manager for The Rock Island Group, an Oklahoma City based network integration company.
Heath has volunteered with various
community and civic organizations
including; Prevent Blindness Oklahoma
and The Festival of the Arts. He and his
family are active members of Crossings
Community Church in Oklahoma City. Heath graduated from The University of Oklahoma 1992 with his Bachelor of Arts degree.
Russ Koch
Business Development
Before becoming Vice President of Marketing for Perimeter, Russ served in the major accounts division of Automated Data Processing, Inc. Russ began at ADP selling HR/payroll software and outsourcing suite of services to companies with larger than 100 employees, but added sales management responsibilities to his role in his final two years at the company. During Russ's tenure, the Oklahoma City major accounts group more than tripled.
Previously, Russ worked in sales in telecommunications and software in the Oklahoma City area, and also served at the Oklahoma City-based DataTimes Corporation. At DataTimes Russ successfully sold in multiple markets, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Dallas and Washington D.C. Russ also served as the Northwest Region Manager prior to DataTimes being sold.
Russ received his
bachelor’s degree from The University of
Oklahoma. He has volunteered with the
Executive Committee of the Horizon Circle
for the United Way, the Executive committee
for Swing for Sight benefiting Prevent
Blindness, The Festival of the Arts,
Oklahoma City All Sports Association and
Heritage Hall School. Russ and his family are active members of Crossings Community Church in Oklahoma City.
