Vidoop selects OKC firm for
services
Vidoop, the Tulsa-based creator and distributor
of an image-based online security solution,
announced it has chosen Oklahoma City-based
Perimeter Technology to deliver its technology
to clients.
Founded in 2005, Vidoop created a secure sign-on
service that replaces unchanging passwords with
an image grid. Users select secret image
categories, look for randomly selected
characters within their categories, and use them
to sign in.
The company now employs 20, and is in the
process of licensing its technology to Web
sites. The company will launch its free consumer
offering, cf,fgc www.myvidoop.comcf,hel , in
mid-August.
Perimeter Technology's data center in downtown
Tulsa, built with redundant cooling, power and
Internet connectivity, will provide the
distribution capabilities.
